License or billing?

Tα υλικά της Graffair (CYN Fonts, Creative Fund, Free Letterheads) είναι αδειοδοτημένα με Attribute 4.0 των Creative Commons. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι ο κάθε χρήστης μπορεί να κατεβάσει, να μοιραστεί, να χρησιμοποιήσει ακόμη και για εμπορικό σκοπό ή και να μετατρέψει αυτά τα υλικά δωρεάν χωρίς κόστος. Ο μόνος περιορισμός για τη χρήση αυτών των υλικών με τη συγκεκριμένη άδεια είναι, όπου γίνεται η χρήση αυτών των υλικών να εφαρμόζεται η εν λόγω άδεια.

Πως γίνεται αυτό;

Εφόσον χρησιμοποιήσει κάποιος το υλικό κάπου που θα είναι ορατό από κάποιο κοινό κάπου κοντά στο υλικό αναφαίρει τη σελίδα, τον δημιουργό και την άδεια εάν ο χρήστης θέλει να είναι και νομικά κατοχηρωμένος.

Παράδειγμα: Έχεις κατεβάσει μια γραμματοσειρά από το blog των CYN Free Fonts, την έχεις μετατρέψει σε webfont για να την εγκαταστήσεις σε κάποιο website και έχεις επέμβει σε κάποια στοιχεία που κατά την άποψή σου ήθελαν βελτίωση. Η άδεια σε κάτι τέτοιο θα τοποθετηθεί στην ταυτότητα με τους συντελεστές, σχεδιαστή, admin κλπ του website.

Κάτι ανάλογο γίνεται και σε Print επίπεδο. Όπου θα τοποθετούσε κάποιος το copyright μιας εικόνας εκεί τοποθετείται η άδεια όπως περιγράφεται παραπάνω. Δηλαδή:

Αν για κάποιο λόγο ο χρήστης χρειάζεται κάποια αποκλειστικότητα και θέλει οπωσδήποτε κάποιο υλικό για προσαρμοσμένη χρήση τότε μπορεί να έρθει σε επαφή για δημιουργία πρωτότυπου υλικού.

Graffair materials (CYN Fonts, Creative Fund, Free Letterheads) are licensed under Creative Commons Attribute 4.0. This means that any user can download, share, use for commercial purposes, and/or modify these materials for free at no cost. The only restriction on the use of these materials with this license is where the use of these materials is made to apply for that license.

How is this done?

If someone uses the material in a way that will be visible to an audience near the material, he must mention the blog, the creator, and the license if the user wants to be legally registered.

i.e., you have downloaded a font from the CYN Free Fonts blog, turned it into a web font to install on a website, and intervened in some elements that you think need improvement. The license for such a thing will be placed in the website's identity with the contributors, designer, admin, etc.

Something similar happens at the Print level. Where one would place the copyright of an image, the license is placed as described above. That is:
